Located on the Bay Course, Pineapple Hill is a gated community of 99 homesites that are approximately a quarter of an acre each. Originally, homeowners were offered six floorplans to choose from when building. The HOA now allows for more customization, with HOA and KRA approval, and the maintenance of the original foot-print. Custom homes are permitted on two or more contiguous lots, and there are a handful of these large estates within Pineapple Hill. Homeowners enjoy wonderful ocean and golf course views, and a private tennis and pool center, with an entertaining pavilion.
