ABOUT THE RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCES KAPALUA | KAPALUA | MAUI
In 2007, the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua underwent a spectacular renovation. The North Wing was transformed into 107 luxurious, whole-ownership, one and two-bedroom condominiums originally called the Residential Suites. The Residential Suites were offered for sale in 2008, and 34 were purchased by private individuals. Since then, they have been rebranded, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Kapalua.
Each condominium features dark hardwood floors, new marble bathrooms, tropical Hawaiian decor, and flat-screen LCD televisions. In 2014, the hotel was sold to Honolua Associates, a partnership between two capital companies.
In 2018, Ares and Trinity sold to Blackstone Real Estate Group. With the hotel, the new ownership group acquired 61 unsold Ritz-Carlton Residences. The group also owns the Grand Wailea Hotel. At this time, resales are in MLS.
Hotel amenities include six world-class restaurants, the serene Ritz-Carlton Spa, a fitness center, environmental education center, children’s pool and private poolside cabanas, cultural programs and more.
