There was a new closing this week at Mahana 519, a two-bedroom south corner unit with jaw-dropping views, closed at full list price on March 4, 2019 for $1,850,000. Island Sotheby’s International Realty represented both buyer and seller. 

In the past 12 months from the time of writing, there have been eight sales of 1 bedroom 1 bath 820 SF units with closed prices ranging from $815,000 to $990,000.  In the same time period there were two sales of 456 sf studio units, which closed at $625,000 and $645,000.

Currently there are two pending/ under contract units at the Mahana – an eleventh-floor studio listed at $695,000, and a second-floor 1 bedroom 1 bath, listed at $821,000.

Days on market at the Mahana is down significantly in 2019 compared to the past two years,  2017 and 2018.

JUST LISTED – Mahana 715, a 1 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront unit with 854 sf of living space plus a private oceanfront lanai.  The second bathroom is a huge bonus! (Most of the other one-bedrooms at the Mahana have only one bathroom.)
