Aloha from Kapalua!
As you enter the Kapalua Resort, blue flags wave from every lamp post with pictures of the LPGA golfers that will be playing in the first annual Kapalua LPGA Classic, which will take place October 13-19, 2008 at the Kapalua Bay Course.
The addition of this tournament to our annual events is just one of the changes that Kapalua is making to the resort, with the hopes of providing visitors with more activities and amenities, while adding value to our real estate offerings.
Over the past few years, the resort has been undergoing a $500 million transformation. The new amenities and developments are numerous: the Ritz-Carlton Residences, the new Kapalua Spa (set to open summer, 2009), the Mountain Adventure program, the addition of Merriman's Kapalua at the site of the old Bay Club, and the new trail system are just the beginning.
With continued low interest rates, and a better selection of properties, the Kapalua Resort has real estate options ranging from condominiums to homes to homesites.
