New Maui Real Estate Developments

Resort Real Estate Development in Maui is quite limited.  However, in the past few years, there were a handful of new condominium resort developments introduced to the island of Maui.  The following is a brief overview of some of the latest and best offerings on the island.  Let me be your guide, and help you find your new Maui home.

Honua Kai, Kaanapali
At the north end of Ke'kaa beach is the new Intrawest development, Honua Kai.  This new resort features two condominium towers, Hokulani and Konea, with studio, one, two and three bedroom residences. Update: At this time, the property is in pre-sales.  The developer requires a specific number of reservations before any construction will begin.

Located on 27 acres along Maui's treasured Ke'kaa beach, this is one of the most spectacular locations available.  Plans call to redevelop this historic hotel into a low-density resort development.
