Vacant Land Options in Kapalua Resort Residential Communities

Pineapple Hill

Located on the Bay Course, Pineapple Hill is a gated community of 99 homesites that are approximately a quarter of an acre each. Originally, homeowners were offered six floorplans to choose from when building. The HOA does now allow for more customization, with HOA and KRA approval, and the maintenance of the original foot-print. Custom homes are permitted on two or more contiguous lots, and there are a handful of these large estates within Pineapple Hill. Homeowners enjoy wonderful ocean and golf course views, and a private tennis and pool center, with an entertaining pavilion. 
 

Pineapple Hill Estates

Just 31 homesites comprise this second phase of Pineapple Hill, located above the Bay Course in the Kapalua Resort. Home sites are approximately one half acre, and owners may build custom homes. For the most part, homes are single story, with two-story homes permitted only on the top row. Homeowners at Pineapple Hill Estates have access to the Pineapple Hill recreation center and tennis courts. Oceanviews and golf course views abound from this lovely gated community.

Plantation Estates I and II

The Plantation Estates Surround the famed Plantation Course, home to the Mercedes Championship. These 52 two-plus acre, agriculturally zoned parcels enjoying commanding ocean and island views. Within the gated community, roadways are lined with Kapalua Blue Rock walls and the resort's signature tree, the Cook Island Pine. The Plantation Estates provide spacious and private sanctuary, yet are just minutes away from the amenities of the Kapalua Resort.

Honolua Ridge I and II

Honolua Ridge is the Kapalua Resort's newest residential community. Accessed through the gated neighborhood of the Plantation Estates, these are the among the largest homesites offered within the Kapalua Resort. Ranging from two to thirty acres, these home sites offer a rare opportunity to be in the country in West Maui. Honolua Ridge combines the same luxurious design standards that are in place at the Plantation Estates, with spectacular ocean views. 

Kapalua Place

This gated beachfront community consists of just 8 homesites on ten acres on Oneloa Bay. This is the only beachfront residential neighborhood within the Kapalua Resort, with home sites ranging from one half to one and a half acres. Situated between the Kapalua Bay Villas and the Ironwoods, this intimate setting is within the heart of the Kapalua Resort.
