As a fifth generation Kama'aina, I was born here on Maui and grew up in the small Upcountry town of Makawao. I am grateful that my education has taken me to San Francisco, Massachusetts and London, and that I've had the opportunity to travel to many parts of the world.

A graduate of Smith College, I initially returned home to Maui to be with my family and work as a crisis counselor at a local shelter. I grew interested in real estate, and began my career in 1997 working for the developer of the Masters at Kaanapali Hillside.

In the past 10 years, I have personally sold over $100,000,000 of Maui real estate around the island, and have represented Buyers and Sellers in over 140 transactions. The relationships I have formed with my clients over the years are some of the most wonderful and important in my life. I enjoy this profession immensely--it allows me to use my knowledge of the island and the nuances of living in various areas and communities to fulfill my clients' life long dreams of living in Paradise.

The hallmarks of my approach are integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, and effective negotiation skills. Over the years, I have built a high-quality professional network, including lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, rental program managers, and more.

That said, in my experience as a luxury real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. Furthermore, the privacy of my clients is assured, and I do not distribute any contact information unless specifically requested to do so.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I have obtained the e-PRO designation in an effort to further my education.

I am pleased to have worked for Kapalua Realty since 2000, representing the Buyers and Sellers of some of the finest in Resort, Golf Course, Oceanfront and Oceanview properties that Maui has to offer. I also have served as a Director at Large and West Maui Regional Director for the Maui Board of Realtors and on our Wishing Well project, which has provided me with valuable information on the market and the community.
